USOF Convention

Tuesday-Friday, August 1-4

Contact: George Minarik, convention director

The Bay Area Orienteering Club welcomes you to the 2000 USOF Convention at Northstar-at-Tahoe. In addition to the USOF Annual General Meeting, we have lined up a series of outstanding workshops, skills sessions, and speakers, plus some fun activities and a Junior Training Camp. Our hope is you will depart this convention with a full plate of information, ideas, and enthusiasm that you can take back to your clubs.

The USOF Convention schedule is shown below. See the overall Sierra 2000 schedule to see how these activities mesh with the orienteering events. For directions and venue maps, see our Directions page. For additional information on the various convention activities, visit these pages:

Your $25 convention fee ($10 for juniors) entitles you to attend any of the dozens of convention activities. Please indicate you wish to attend the convention and submit the fee when you register for the Sierra 2000 O-Fest.
