Reno-Tahoe Orienteering
This page provides information about events in the Reno-Tahoe area. That includes events organized by the Bay Area Orienteering Club (BAOC) and the Truckee Orienteering Club (http://truckeeorienteering.org).
In orienteering, "the thinking sport", you use a map and compass to navigate a course through unfamiliar terrain. People of all ages enjoy orienteering as a leisurely walk in the woods or as a competitive cross-country race.
Newcomers are welcome at all events, held throughout the Reno-Tahoe area. Beginners' courses and instruction are always offered. Learn more.
