The dates for our 2025 Tahoe 4-day event are July 25–28.¹
This is an open call for:
- Lead Course Setters
- Support Course Setters
- Lead Event Directors
- Support Event Directors
We haven't fixed which venues are which days. If you are interested in helping to make these events happen, please contact me and specify:
- Event directing or course setting
- Lead or Support
- Venue preferences: Specific parks, or "open" if you don't have a strong preference
- Date preferences: Friday, July 25; Saturday, July 26; Sunday, July 27; Monday, July 28
Yes, we're starting early. This is a BAOC-wide effort for 2025 event planning, we seek to have the 2025 schedule secured by October.
